Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the US & Canada. International shipping rates apply.

How do I change my billing method? 

Send us a message at caseybox@fanbox.com with a good time to call you and a good phone number, and we’ll reach out personally to make the change in a secure way.

When will I receive my box? 

The Winter Casey Box ships the end of November.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Because we must order a specific quantity of items for our boxes, we cannot offer refunds once orders have been placed.
